Internal-use terms

This application is operated by Mojility Inc. for authorized internal bookkeeping use. It is not a public bookkeeping service. Support contact: info@mojility.ca.

The current release supports customer lookup and QuickBooks connection management. It does not process payments, file taxes or provide financial, tax or legal advice. Estimate and invoice creation is planned and is not enabled in this release.

Operators must check results against QuickBooks before relying on them. Future accounting changes and document sending require the owner's explicit instruction and review of the proposed details. AI-generated descriptions or recommendations can contain errors.

Use is subject to the applicable Intuit service terms and, when AI assistance is used, the applicable OpenAI service terms. These terms do not replace those providers' agreements or grant access to another company's accounting records.

The source code is available under the MIT license. That license governs the software's distribution and warranty terms. Access to Mojility's private credentials and accounting data is not granted by the source-code license.
